仮定法現在・should 仮定法・提案構文
「提案・要求・命令・必要」を表す動詞の後の that 節に、仮定法現在（原形）や should + 原形を使います。
基本ルール
仮定法現在：that 節の中で動詞が原形（人称・数・時制に関係なく原形）。
「It is necessary that every student be present.」（全学生が出席することが必要だ）
「The doctor suggested that she rest for a week.」（医師は彼女に1週間休むよう勧めた）
この構文を取る動詞・形容詞：
- 動詞：suggest / propose / recommend / insist / demand / require / request / order / urge
- 形容詞：necessary / important / essential / vital / advisable / natural / strange
He suggested that the meeting be postponed.（会議を延期するよう提案した）
It is essential that all members attend the ceremony.（全員が出席することが不可欠だ）
The committee demanded that the report be submitted by Friday.（金曜日までに提出するよう要求した）
注意点
① 3人称単数でも原形：仮定法現在では -s をつけない。「It is important that he attend（× attends）the meeting.」
② insist の注意：事実として主張する = that + 直説法、要求する = that + 仮定法。「He insisted that he was innocent.（無実だと主張）」vs「He insisted that the meeting be cancelled.（中止を要求）」
③ should の省略：アメリカ英語では should を省略して原形のみが多い。should + 原形も正解。
④ 受動態も原形で：「It is necessary that the documents be signed.（書類に署名が必要）」
- 提案・要求動詞（suggest/demand/insist等）+ that + S + 原形
- It is necessary/important/essential + that + S + 原形
- 3人称単数でも -s はつけない
- should + 原形も同義（英国英語的）
- insist は文脈で直説法か仮定法かが変わる
練習
- 「医師は彼が運動を始めるよう勧めた」を suggest を使って英訳しなさい（仮定法現在）。
- 「全ての申請書が来週までに提出されることが不可欠だ」を It is essential that ... で英訳しなさい。
- insist が事実の主張か要求かを判断し日本語に訳しなさい：She insisted that the window be left open.
