About the Pilot Study

What this is

This pilot study examines whether teaching AI can deepen a learner’s own understanding.

This is not academic research conducted by a university or research institution. It is an initiative run within a service by the individual who develops and operates Tsurukame Portal. We want to make that distinction clear from the outset.

What participants do

No special task is required. Participants use the bottleneck calculator, AI consultation, SciCirc lessons, and learning-by-teaching activities as usual. Usage data is then used to examine changes in understanding before and after teaching activities.

What data is used

The following usage logs may be analyzed:

• Bottleneck calculator history
• AI consultation history
• SciCirc learning logs, including teaching conversations and understanding scores

Analysis is conducted in a form that does not identify individuals, such as statistical aggregates or anonymized data. For details about collection and use, see the Privacy Policy.

Participant thank-you gift

Participants are expected to receive three months of a future paid Tsurukame Portal subscription. The subscription feature is still in development, so the gift will be provided after it becomes available.
